How old do you have to be to get breast augmentation surgery?

At 4407 Plastic surgery, we only perform breast augmentation surgery for those over the age of 18 years. Even with parental consent, we do not offer surgery to those under the age of 18 years.

Is it better to use fat for breast augmentation rather than breast implants?

There are several advantages and disadvantages to using either fat or implants for breast augmentation. All these will be discussed with Dr. Natasha Ilako during your consultation. However, it should be noted that breast augmentation with fat will have more variable results and may require several surgical procedures to achieve the desired result as the fat can get absorbed by the body.
