We view weight loss as a process that requires the right tools to achieve the best results. Whether through medication, gastric balloons, or surgical options, we ensure that each patient receives the most effective treatment to support their journey to better health.
Our program is guided by the latest evidence-based techniques, ensuring that patients benefit from the most up-to-date treatments available. We take a comprehensive approach, incorporating the expertise of our nutritionist, psychologist and personal trainer to create a medically supervised weight loss plan tailored to each patient.

Bariatric surgery
Bariatric surgery is the collective term for various weight-loss procedures that change how your digestive system works to help you lose weight. This surgery is recommended when lifestyle changes such as diet and exercise have proved ineffective. While bariatric surgery is beneficial, all weight loss procedures can pose some side effects. Therefore, you must eat healthily and exercise properly to succeed in your bariatric surgery.
Gastric Sleeve
Gastric Sleeve, also known as sleeve gastrectomy, is a surgical weight-loss procedure. During this procedure, about 80% of the stomach is removed and the remaining stomach forms a narrow tube called a sleeve. This way, less food will make you feel fuller when eating. Sleeve gastrectomy is usually done to treat obesity by restricting the amount of food you can eat and to reduce the risk of potentially life-threatening weight-related health problems.
Gastric Balloon
Allurion Gastric Balloon
The Allurion Gastric Balloon stands out as the world’s first and only gastric balloon that does not require surgery, endoscopy or anaesthesia. It is a swallowable balloon that can be placed in the stomach in a matter of minutes, making it a safer and more convenient option for patients. During the 15-minute clinic visit, the patient swallows a capsule containing the deflated balloon attached to a thin tube. Once ingested, an X-ray is performed to ensure the capsule is positioned correctly in the stomach. Next, the doctor will use the tube to fill the balloon with water. This process is carefully monitored, and a second X-ray is conducted to confirm that the balloon is properly filled. Once confirmed, the doctor gently removes the tube, and the procedure is done. After approximately 16 weeks, the Allurion Gastric Balloon self-empties and passes out of the body naturally.
Orbera and Obalon
Orbera and Obalon are other types of gastric balloons that require endoscopy under anaesthesia for placement and removal. The placement procedure typically takes about 30 minutes and is done under sedation or local anaesthesia. The balloon is inserted endoscopically through the mouth and down the esophagus into the stomach where it is then filled with saline solution. Patients are advised to follow a liquid diet for the first few days after the procedure and gradually transition to solid foods over the next few weeks. It is important to follow a healthy diet and exercise routine to achieve optimal weight loss results. For endoscopically placed gastric balloons, once the treatment duration is complete after 6 months, patients need to return for the same procedure, this time to deflate and remove the balloon from the body.
